TPC is thrilled to announce the launch of our new clinical training program! This fall we will welcome a cohort of 2-3 new counselors who, after completing their graduate studies, seek further training in a therapeutic practice in which emotional and spiritual journeys are closely intertwined. The Clinical Training Program is a two-year, in-depth professional development opportunity designed for emerging clinicians seeking to deepen their skills in spiritually integrated psychotherapy. The training year runs from September through May, with clinical practice continuing throughout the summer.

Eligibility
Applicants must hold a post-graduate master’s degree and be provisionally licensed as an LCMHC, LCSW, LMFT, or Pastoral Counselor.

Program Overview
Fellows will engage in a robust clinical training experience that includes:
– Working with clients year-round (12–15 sessions per week)
– Participation in weekly seminars and practicum groups
– Development of core competencies in self-reflection, spiritual integration, and healing conversation
– Clinical supervision provided
– This is a paid position and compensation is based on percentage fee split.

Commitment
Fellows are expected to:
– Be onsite at TPC’s Main Office at least 2 days per week for in-person sessions and training
– Provide additional telehealth sessions as needed

Post-Training Opportunities
Upon completion of the fellowship, trainees may apply for permanent positions at TPC, contingent on availability and organizational needs.
