TPC is happy to announce the applications for the 2026-2027 cohort of our Clinical Training Program are open. This fall we will again welcome 2-3 new counselors who, after completing their graduate studies, seek further training in a therapeutic practice in which emotional and spiritual journeys are closely intertwined. The Clinical Training Program is a two-year, in-depth professional development opportunity designed for emerging clinicians seeking to deepen their skills in spiritually integrated psychotherapy. The training year runs from August through May, with clinical practice continuing throughout the summer.

Eligibility
Applicants must hold a post-graduate master’s degree and be provisionally licensed as an LCMHC, LCSW, LMFT, or Pastoral Counselor.

Program Overview
Fellows will engage in a robust clinical training experience that includes:
– Working with clients year-round (12–15 sessions per week)
– Participation in weekly seminars and practicum groups
– Development of core competencies in self-reflection, spiritual integration, and healing conversation
– Costs of the program are included with the exception of fees associated with applying for and renewing your clinical license and the cost of liability insurance

Program Expectations
– A minimum of 12 clinical outpatient hours per week
– 1 hour of supervision per week
– 1 hour of in-person clinical staff case consultation per week
– 2 hours of in-person staff meetings per week
– 3 hours of seminar per week

Commitment
Fellows are expected to:
– Be onsite at TPC two days per week for in-person sessions and training
– Provide services at one of our satellite locations
– Provide additional telehealth sessions as needed

Post-Training Opportunities
Upon completion of the fellowship, trainees may apply for a permanent position at TPC, contingent on availability and organizational needs.
