Jania is passionate about supporting children and adolescents as they navigate the challenges of growing up. She believes that therapy should be a safe, welcoming space where young people feel heard, understood, and accepted for who they are. With a warm, compassionate, and collaborative approach, Jania builds genuine connections with her clients and creates an environment where they feel comfortable being themselves.

Jania has a background in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy, where she gained experience supporting children in developing communication, social, emotional, and adaptive skills. This experience strengthened her understanding of individualized care and the importance of meeting each child where they are.

Jania utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help children and adolescents better understand the connection between their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. She recognizes that every child and adolescent is unique and takes the time to understand each client’s individual experiences, strengths, and needs. Jania works with children, adolescents, and their families to help clients better understand and express their emotions, build confidence, develop healthy coping skills, and navigate everyday challenges.

She strives to make therapy feel approachable and engaging while empowering young people to recognize their strengths, develop effective coping strategies, and make meaningful changes. Through a supportive, collaborative therapeutic relationship, Jania helps clients build skills they can carry beyond the therapy room.
