Allison Morgan seeks to create a space where clients can be fully themselves, ask hard questions, be vulnerable, and walk away with a greater understanding of who they are and who they want to become. She works with adults, children, adolescents, college students, couples, and families. Prior to transitioning to outpatient therapy, Allison worked primarily in community mental health, working with children, their parents or caregivers, and the entire family system. She also has training and experience working in faith communities.

Much of Allison’s therapeutic work has focused on trauma, anxiety, depression, ADHD, emotion regulation, attachment issues, generational trauma, growth and identity issues, parenting, and challenges around changing family dynamics. Allison’s therapeutic orientation includes a variety of modalities including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing (MI), ecosystemic structural family therapy (ESFT), and trust-based relational intervention (TBRI). Her goal is to come alongside clients, recognizing that they are the experts on their lives, and work together toward building confidence and skills that will help her clients to grow and flourish.
