As a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate and a veteran of the United States Marine Corps, Greg Lowry brings a grounded, strengths-based approach to every client relationship. Rather than focusing solely on what’s broken, he helps clients recognize the resilience, values, and capabilities they already carry.
Greg has a particular passion for working with men’s issues, drawing on both clinical training and personal experience to create a space where men can explore identity, purpose, relationships, and emotional expression without judgment. This work is often shaped by an existential and spiritual lens, helping clients wrestle with questions of meaning, purpose, and connection, inside or outside of formal religious or spiritual traditions.
Narrative therapy is central to Greg’s clinical style. He believes people are not defined by their problems, and works collaboratively with clients to re-author the stories they tell about themselves.
Whether working with veterans, men navigating life transitions, or anyone searching for greater meaning and self-understanding, Greg offers a steady, direct, and compassionate presence rooted in real-world experience and clinical expertise.
